Its Perforated surface allows hot air to circulate evenly so bread bake to a crispy golden brown; Made from heavyweight aluminum with FDA approved Xynflon non-stick coating; BPA and PFOA free; sturdy, durable, will never rust; Non-Stick Crisping Pan for baking crispier foods without using oils, for healthier cooking, or foods sticking, for easier cleanup; Works in gas, electric, and convection ovens; reinforced rim prevents pan from warping and provides a secure grip for easier transport.

Heavy duty commercial bakeware; 16 gauge aluminum with perforated bottom for superior results even heat distribution. Customized dimensions are available for this Baking Pan.
